Frauen und Menschen haben keinen Grund zum Feiern

Washington, D. C. / London / Berlin. Am 10. Dezember 2010 sollte der internationale Tag der Menschenrechte gefeiert werden. Doch Grund zum Feiern gibt es nicht. In nahezu allen Ländern dieser Welt werden Menschenrechte täglich verletzt und es findet eine Besorgnis-auslösende Demontage der Allgemeinen Erklärung der Menschenrechte statt. Die Vereinten Nationen beobachten die Entwicklungen der Menschen-Verachtung und der Zersetzung der Vereinten Nationen mit großer Sorge. Doch die Vereinten Nationen wirken in der Entwicklung von Tyrannei, Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit und Barbarei gänzlich ohne Mittel zum Schutz der Vereinten Nationen und der Wahrung der Allgemeinen Erklärung der Menschenrechte. In vielen Beobachter-Kreisen gilt es inzwischen als unwahrscheinlich, dass die Vereinten Nationen einen Aufstand der Völker gegen Tyrannei, Barbarei und Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit noch verhindern können. Damit gilt auch als sicher, dass alle Bemühungen für Frieden in dieser Welt keinen Erfolg haben können, denn schon die Erfahrungen in Deutschland in den Jahren 1933 bis 1945 rufen auch bei Beobachtern innerhalb der Vereinten Nationen in Erinnerung: Mit Tyrannei, Barbarei und Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit, wie unter der 12jährigen Herrschaft der Nazi-Terror-Diktatur in Deutschland, ist Frieden in dieser Welt nicht möglich.

Angsichts der erschreckenden Bilder, wie etwa die Vorbereitungen, die auf Hochtouren laufen, der Vollziehung der Todesstrafe gegen den Wikileaks-Coordinator Julian Assange, der sich am Dienstag in London der Polizei stellte, gegen Wikileaks-Mitarbeiter und deren Unterstützer, der Forderung eines Anwaltes in Mannheim, zur Durchsuchung der Redaktionen des Burda-Verlags, der Magazine Focus und Bunte, der Inhaftierung des Friedens-Nobelpreis-Trägers Dr. Liu Xiaobo in China, den Mord-Drohungen gegen Journalisten in Europa, Deutschland und gegen Frauen in West-Afghanistan, wird vielen Menschen vor allem ein Fakt schnell bewußt: Grund zum Feiern am Internationalen Tag der Menschenrechte am 10. Dezember 2010 gibt es nicht. In der Präambel der Resolution 217 A wird ausdrücklich daraufhin gewiesen, dass die Allgemeine Erklärung der Menschenrechte im Jahr 1948 proklamiert wurde, um einen Aufstand der Menschen gegen Tyrannei, Gewaltherrschaft, Barbarei und Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit zu verhindern. Der Internationale Tag der Menschenrechte macht deutlich: In diesen Tagen ist dieser Tag kein Feiertag, wie dieser Tag es sein sollte, sondern vielmehr ein internationaler Trauer-Tag aufgrund der Vielzahl der Verbrechen gegen Frauen, Menschen und gegen die Menschlichkeit. Mehr als 150.000 geschädigte Menschen in aller Welt gibt es pro Jahr in der Folge der Verbrechen gegen Menschlichket und gegen die Menschenrechte. Die Dunkelziffer liegt vermutlich weit höher, denn Menschen mit Behinderungen und chronischen Erkrankungen haben keine Lobby und keine Fürsprecher in Deutschland und dürfen in Deutschland nicht frei sprechen, da diese Menschen allzu oft in Heimen „weggesperrt“ werden – ohne Anwalt, ohne wahrnehmbare Rechte und ohne Verteidiger oder Verteidigerinnen für die Menschenrechte.

Die Frauenrechte- und Hilfs-Organisation medica mondiale weist zum Internationalen Tag der Menschenrechte auf die nächste Hiobs-Botschaft hin. Nach Informationen der Organisation werden Frauen in Afghanistan von Menschenrechten ausgeschlossen und dazu schränke Deutschland die Unterstützung für eine Arbeit für die Menschenrechte in West-Afghanistan ein. Anlässlich des Internationalen Tages der Menschenrechte (10. Dezember) und im Vorfeld des Fortschrittsberichts der Bundesregierung zu Afghanistan in der kommenden Woche (16. Dezember) weist die Frauenrechts- und Hilfsorganisation medica mondiale auf die unübersehbare Rückkehr der Rechtlosigkeit afghanischer Frauen hin. Die Frauen und junge Mädchen in Afghanistan treffen die Verbrechen und Entscheidungen gegen Menschenrechte und gegen die Menschlichkeit besonders hart.

Nachdem bereits in den letzten Jahren die Drohungen und Gewalt gegenüber Frauen zunehmen, schränken die konservativen Kräfte Afghanistans vor den Augen der Welt-Öffentlichkeit Zug um Zug die Menschenrechte von Frauen und Mädchen weiter ein. Jüngstes Beispiel ist ein Edikt des Obersten Gerichtshofes des Landes vom Oktober dieses Jahres.

Diese Rechtsverordnung (Nr. 1497/1054) besagt, dass Mädchen und Frauen, die von Zuhause weglaufen, keine Zuflucht bei Fremden suchen dürfen. In diesem Fall können sie wegen Ehebruchs oder Prostitution verurteilt werden. Das Edikt erlaubt lediglich eine Flucht in das Haus von Verwandten oder zu den Sicherheitskräften – in der Regel keine realistische Option für Frauen, die Gewalt in ihren Familien erleben, einer Zwangsverheiratung entfliehen wollen oder als „Entschädigung“ bei Konflikten an eine gegnerische Familie gegeben werden.

Verwandte weigern sich häufig, eine Frau in einer derartigen Lage zu unterstützen, weil sie Konflikte oder gesellschaftliche Ächtung befürchten. Von der Polizei ist keine Unterstützung zu erwarten; häufig bringt sie geflohene Frauen umstandslos in die Familien zurück, inhaftiert sie oder aber sie selbst bedroht die Frau oder das Mädchen.

„Mit einer derartigen Verordnung sind betroffene Frauen doppelt bestraft“, so das geschäftsführende Vorstandsmitglied von medica mondiale, Dr. Monika Hauser. „Sie fliehen vor zum Teil unsäglicher Gewalt aus ihren Häusern und haben dann vom Justizsystem eine Strafe dafür zu erwarten“. Ein System, das Menschen bestrafe, die Hilfe suchten und eine derartige Logik akzeptiere, verstoße eindeutig gegen die Menschenrechte. „Es ist schon erstaunlich: Es bedarf nicht einmal mehr der Machtübernahme durch die Taliban, dass derartig ultrakonservative Strömungen Oberhand gewinnen können. Wo bleibt der Aufschrei der internationalen Gemeinschaft? Wozu sind all die Resolutionen und Konventionen verabschiedet worden?“

Vor dem Hintergrund der zunehmenden Missachtung der Menschenrechte verurteilt die Frauen-Ärztin Dr. Monika Hauser eine Wende in der Politik des Auswärtigen Amtes bei der Förderung von Projekten in Afghanistan. Das Auswärtige Amt hatte seit 2008 die Arbeit von medica mondiale in Herat im Westen Afghanistans im Bereich der Rechtsberatung von Frauen unterstützt. Immerhin 17 MitarbeiterInnen der Organisation sind hier (und mit administrativer Unterstützung in Kabul) im Rahmen der Rechtsberatung für rund 500 Frauen jährlich tätig und setzen sich beispielsweise dafür ein, dass inhaftierte Frauen ein faires Verfahren erhalten. In diesem Oktober, lediglich zwei Monate vor Ablauf der jetzigen Förderung, wurde jedoch eine weitere Förderung mit dem Hinweis auf die regionalen Schwerpunkte des deutschen Engagements im Norden des Landes abgelehnt. Eine spätere Revision dieser Entscheidung stellte lediglich ein weiteres Jahr Unterstützung in Aussicht, so dass medica mondiale es vorzog, sich um eine Alternativfinanzierung zu bemühen.

„Die Bundesregierung zeigt sich hier auf tragische Weise konsequent: Der zunehmenden Gleichgültigkeit gegenüber Menschenrechten in Afghanistan folgt die Entziehung der Unterstützung von Zivilgesellschaft, die sich dort für die Wahrung dieser allgemeingültigen Grundrechte von Menschen einsetzt, wo es am dringlichsten ist“, kommentierte Monika Hauser. Eine Aufforderung, die Arbeit doch einfach in den Norden – wo das deutsche Militär ist – zu verlagern, verletze alle Grundsätze der Nachhaltigkeit: „So verpuffen alle Erfolge bereits geflossener Entwicklungsgelder.“, ergänzte die Ärztin.

In einem heutigen Brief an Kanzleramt, Außenministerium und Ministerium für Entwicklungszusammenarbeit fordert medica mondiale, dass die Bundesregierung die Menschen- und Frauen-verachtenden Tendenzen in Afghanistan aufs Schärfste verurteilen und ihren Einfluss auf die afghanische Gesellschaft geltend machen solle.

Laut einer Studie von UNIFEM (Entwicklungsfond der UN für Frauen) aus dem Jahr 2008 sind rund 87 Prozent aller Frauen in Afghanistan Gewalt in der Familie ausgesetzt. Die UNAMA (Unterstützungsmission der UN in Afghanistan) erklärte 2009 in einem Bericht zu den Menschenrechten in Afghanistan: „Frauen werden ihre fundamentalsten Menschenrechte verweigert und sie riskieren weitere Gewalt, wenn sie versuchen, Gerechtigkeit für die Straftaten zu erreichen, die ihnen angetan wurden.“

London. December 3, 2010 /3mnews.org/– The Human Rights Organization Article 19 has released on Thursday a statement on the situation of Wikileaks, Julian Assange and the universal right to seek and to publish information of any kind aacording to article 19 of the Universal Declaration Of The Human Rights which have been proclaimed in 1948 by the United Nations in New York City in the United States of America. The controversy over the latest release of documents by Wikileaks and major newspapers should not be used by nations as an excuse to limit citizens’ rights to access information. ARTICLE 19 calls on governments around the world to fulfil their obligations to transparency and the public’s right to know, including the obligation to give full effect to principles of proactive and mandatory disclosure of information.

“Information is the oxygen of democracy” says Dr Agnes Callamard, ARTICLE 19 Executive Director. “Rather than passing more secrecy laws and threatening to prosecute journalists and whistleblowers, governments should focus on making more information available and only protecting that which can cause substantive harm. At the same time, journalists have an obligation to exercise caution when revealing possibly sensitive information.”

As ARTICLE 19 highlighted previously, respect for international standards on freedom of information and protection of whistleblowers are paramount to the debates on issues raised by latest releases. ARTICLE 19 maintains that under these standards, any restrictions on access to information must fall within the scope of the limited regime of exceptions. It is public bodies who are obliged to show that disclosure of the information would cause substantial harm and information should still be disclosed if the benefits of disclosure outweigh such harm. States should also adopt and implement a legal and policy framework that protects whistleblowers from prosecution, and allow for public interest exemptions for revealing information such as corruption or human rights abuses.

ARTICLE 19 notes that much of the information contained in the cables appears to be already available in the public domain. None of the released documents were classified as top secret and most of the information in those six per cent classified as secret was also publically known. Further, these documents would likely be released anyway in the course of requests under the US Freedom of Information Act.

ARTICLE 19 is concerned about efforts by the US Government and other countries to prosecute a Wikileaks representative for violating the Espionage Act or other national Officials Secrets Acts. IIt is an obligation of governments – not of media and private individuals – to protect the confidentiality of official information if necessary under legitimate interests. We also urge the media, government officials, academics, and others to condemn calls for violence against Wikileaks staff and whistleblowers.

ARTICLE 19 also rejects calls and demands to maintain or expand secrecy legislation rather than adopt a comprehensive right to information framework, including the obligation of proactive disclosure. Nations without freedom of information laws such as Singapore have used the Wikileaks revelations as an excuse to justify their current restrictive regimes, while China has blocked internet access to the site. We call on all governments to respect of the right to information and its importance in democratic processes.

ARTICLE 19 does not believe that the leaks are likely to chill the speech of officials and rejects any policy changes that would impact on the free flow of information in this area. Studies of the effects of right to information legislation in numerous countries have found that there has been little impact on the amount of information that is recorded or that opinions are blunted following an increase in transparency. In fact, in some cases, they have found that the quality of documents has improved with the knowledge that it will become public some day, and focus on provision of real political analysis. Officials have a duty to pass on important information and that is not lifted because of fears that it one day may become public. The US FOIA has been in effect for over 40 years so several generations of officials have learned to live with it.

ARTICLE 19 welcomes the apparently extensive efforts by the newspapers involved in the release of the embassy cables to review the documents, place them in context and ensure that the release of the information did not cause serious harm. Most of the analysis has been serious and has shone an important light on relations between nations. We also commend the fact that it was the combination and collaboration of electronic and mainstream media that gave strength to the latest release.

Deutschland erhält Sitz im UN-Sicherheitsrat

New York City / Berlin. 12. Oktober 2010. Deutschland hat den Einzug mit einem nichtständigen Sitz in den Sicherheitsrat der Vereinten Nationen am 12. Oktober 2010 geschafft. Der UN-Sicherheitsrat zählt zu den einflussreichsten Gremien in dieser Welt. Im ersten Wahlgang erhielt Deutschland mit 128 Stimmen eine erforderliche Zwei-Drittel-Mehrheit. Mitbewerber um einen nichtständigen Sitz im UN-Sicherheitsrat waren Kanada und Portugal. Kanada zog seine Kandidatur zurück, um Portugal den Einzug in den Sicherheitsrat möglich zu machen.

Bereits im Jahr 2006 hat sich Deutschland für die Jahre 2011 und 2012 für einen Sitz im UN-Sicherheitsrat beworben. Der stellvertretende FDP-Sprecher Adib Sisani teilte mit, dass der deutsche Bundesaußenminister und Vize-Bundeskanzler, Dr. Guido Westerwelle voller Dankbarkeit über die Wahl von Deutschland in den UN-Sicherheitsrat erfüllt sei.

Guido Westerwelle sagte so wörtlich: „Deutschland bedankt sich bei den vielen Nationen, die uns bei der Kandidatur für den UN-Sicherheitsrat unterstützt haben. Diese Wahl ist ein großer Vertrauensbeweis, aber natürlich auch ein Vertrauensvorschuss in die Arbeit der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Wir werden in den kommenden zwei Jahren alles tun, um das in uns gesetzte Vertrauen auch zu rechtfertigen. Wir betrachten diese Mitgliedschaft als eine große Verantwortung und auch als eine große Chance, mehr und noch mehr für Frieden, Sicherheit und Entwicklung in der Welt tun zu können. Wir freuen uns, dass unser Engagement für Frieden und Sicherheit, für Klimaschutz und Entwicklung, für Abrüstung und nukleare Nichtverbreitung und natürlich auch für eine Werte-orientierte Außenpolitik nun im Sicherheitsrat stärker fortgesetzt werden kann. Die Welt weiß, dass sie sich auf uns verlassen kann. Deutschland ist ein zuverlässiges Land – das gilt nicht nur für unsere Produkte, das gilt auch für unsere Außenpolitik. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass diese Zuverlässigkeit von so vielen Nationen hier bei dieser Wahl gewürdigt wurde.“

Über die Aufnahme von Deutschland in den Kreis der nichtständigen Mitglieder im UN-Sicherheitsrat freut sich auch der Generalsekretär der FDP, Christian Lindner: „Heute ist ein guter Tag für Deutschland. Die Wahl zum Nichtständigen Mitglied des UN-Sicherheitsrats ist eine große Chance, das deutsche Engagement für internationale Zusammenarbeit und Abrüstung zu verstärken.
Dieser Erfolg im zwanzigsten Jahr nach der Einheit beweist das Vertrauen in unser Land.“

Lindner bekräftige, Dr. Guido Westerwelle habe richtig gehandelt, bis in die letzten Minuten vor der Abstimmung für die Aufnahme von Deutschland in den Sicherheitsrat zu werben. Die Wahl von Deutschland sei nicht sicher gewesen. Deutschland habe sich einer Wettbewerbs-Kandidatur stellen müssen.

Guido Westerwelle macht zudem darauf aufmerksam, dass es einer Überzeugung nach „nicht in Ordnung ist, dass zwei Kontinente wie Afrika und Latein-Amerika nicht ständig im Sicherheitsrat vertreten sind.“ Es gehe bei einer Reform der Vereinten Nationen auch darum, „Die Gewichte in der Welt besser wiederzugeben.“. Südafrika, Indien und Kolumbien wurden ebenso mit nicht-ständigen Sitzen in den Sicherheitsrat der Vereinten Nationen gewählt.

Der außenpolitische Sprecher der Fraktion Die Linke, Wolfgang Gehrcke, sieht in der Aufnahme von Deutschland mit einem nicht-ständigen Sitz in den UN-Sicherheitsrat die „Verantwortung für die Wahrung des Weltfriedens und der internationalen Sicherheit“ von Deutschland. Die Mitgliedschaft von Deutschland im Welt-Sicherheitsrat müsse eine Änderung der deutschen Außen- und Entwicklungs-Politik mit sich bringen, erklärte der Linke-Politiker.

Deutschland könne sich nicht weiter leisten mit 0,341 Prozent des Bruttoinlands-Produktes weit unter den vereinbarten 0,7 Prozent der Mittel für die Entwicklungs-Zusammenarbeit zu bleiben. Die immensen Rüstungsexporte müssten nach Überzeugung von Wolfgang Gehrcke, „sofort gestoppt werden. Dafür ist Deutschland mit seinem dritten Platz in der Weltliga der Waffenhändler jedoch leider kein Garant. Deutschland als Mitglied des Weltsicherheitsrates muss umgehend Initiativen für die Beendigung des Krieges in Afghanistan ergreifen.“, ergänzte der Politiker.

Die UNO brauche eine neue Resolution für Afghanistan mit der die Einleitung eines Abzugs der Nato-Truppen vorbereitet werden sollte. Die Vorschläge für eine Reform der Vereinten Nationen sollten sich weniger an den Wünschen von Deutschland orientieren, künftig als ein ständiges Mitglied im Welt-Sicherheitsrat zu sitzen, sondern Deutschland müsse mehr zu einer Verbesserung der Arbeitsweise und Wirkung der Vereinten Nationen beitragen. Die Linke wolle weiter dafür eintreten, dass sich Deutschland in den Vereinten Nationen auch in einer Rolle als Kriegsdienst-Verweigerer profiliere. Mit der Merkel-Westerwelle-Regierung, sei dies wenig wahrscheinlich, doch das Anliegen bleibe Ziel linker und friedliebender Außenpolitik, erklärte Wolfgang Gehrcke.

Deutschland ist der drittgrößte Beitrags-Zahler in den Vereinten Nationen. Gegenwärtig zählen zu den fünf ständigen Vertretern im UN-Welt-Sicherheitsrat, die Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika, Russland, China, Groß Britannien und Frankreich. Die fünf ständigen Mitglieder des UN-Sicherheitsrates verfügen über ein Veto-Recht. Die zehn nicht-ständigen Mitglieder im Rat der Vereinten Nationen werden jeweils für die Dauer von zwei Jahren gewählt. Der Menschenrechts-Aktivist und der The Voice Refugee – Aktivist Felix Otto aus dem afrikanischen Staat Kamerun befindet sich einem Bericht von The Voice Refugee-Forum offenbar zur Zeit an Händen und Füßen gefesselt in einer Video-überwachten Einzel-Isolationshaft-Zelle im Abschiebe-Gefängnis bei Suhl-Goldauter in Thüringen.

In der Pressemitteilung wird zudem darüber informiert, dass Felix Otto stetig auch beim Führen von Telefonaten dauerhaft überwacht werde. Die Möglichkeiten, zu telefonieren seien eingeschränkt. Dem Menschenrechts-Aktivisten und The Voice-Refugee-Sprecher Felix Otto wurden die Kleider abgenommen.

Offiziell werde die Maßnahme mit einer „Suizid-Gefährdung“ begründet. Diese Diagnose, so The Voice Refugee Forum, komme aus „heiterem Himmel“. Vor einigen Tagen hatte Felix Otto in einem Telefongespräch vom überraschenden Besuch eines Psychologen berichtet, der ihn öfters besuchen wolle.

Die Isolations-Haft und die für Dienstag den 25. August 2009 am Flughafen von Frankfurt am Main geplante Abschiebung des Menschenrechts-Sprechers hat für große Aufmerksamkeit und Anteilnahme mehrerer Hundert Menschen in Deutschland beigetragen.

Der Mann werde offensichtlich von den Abschiebe-Behörden in Deutschland als besonders „renitent“ eingestuft.

The Voice Refugee Forum zeigte sich besorgt über die Vorgänge: „Unsere ursprüngliche Vermutung, dass es vor allem darum ginge, Felix Otto zu besänftigen, indem man ihn im Glauben ließe, dass man sich um ihn kümmere, hat sich leider nicht bestätigt.

Ziel der plötzlichen psychologischen Fürsorge war es offensichtlich allein, eine offizielle Rechtfertigung dafür zu gewinnen, dass man ihn des
letzten Restes an Freiheit zu beraubt, um seine Abschiebung ohne Hindernisse durchführen zu können und jede Form von Protest und Widerstand zu verhindern. Felix Otto soll offenbar von jedem Kontakt mit der Außenwelt und Öffentlichkeit abgeschirmt werden.

Bezeichnenderweise setzte die Maßnahme nach dem Telefonat mit einem Freund ein, der ihn über die geplante Abschiebung informiert hat. Zu behaupten, dass diese Sonderbehandlung irgendetwas mit der Sorge um sein Leben zu tun habe, ist eine beispiellose Heuchelei. Wer ernsthaft um das Leben und die Gesundheit von Felix Otto besorgt ist, möge schleunigst damit aufhören, seine Abschiebung zu betreiben und dafür sorgen, dass er sofort seine Freiheit zurückbekommt!“

Für Dienstag, den 25. August 2009, 10.40 Uhr ist am Flughafen von Frankfurt am Main die „geheime Abschiebung“ unter Ausschluß der Öffentlichkeit des Asyl-suchenden Menschen und Flüchtlings gemeinsam mit weiteren Flüchtlingen mittels Charter-Flug geplant.

Der Menschenrechts- und The Voice-Sprecher Felix Otto und die Flüchtlingshilfe-Organisation The Voice setzen sich seit Monaten für die Abschaffung der so genannten Residenz-Pflicht von Asyl-suchenden Menschen in Deutschland ein.

London / Berlin. 2. August 2009. Völlig überraschend und ohne jede Begründung oder Ankündigung hat Google INC bei blogspot.com den Informations-Blog von IBS Television Liberty mit allen Inhalten, Fotos und Fernseh-Sendungen gelöscht.

Die Gründe für die überraschende Löschung sind nicht bekannt.

IBS Television Liberty ist Teil des seit 1986 international tätigen IBS Independent Broadcasting Service Liberty – Netzwerkes, dem auch Radio IBS Liberty angehört.

Das Medien-Netzwerk berichtet seit 1986 mit Radio- und Fernseh-Sendungen in englischer und deutscher Sprache und zu Themen zu den Menschenrechten.

Die Informations-Blog-Seite bei www.ibstvliberty.blogspot.com wurde ohne Ankündigung an die Betreiber und Redaktionen gelöscht. Die Netzwerke IBS Independent Broadcasting Service Liberty, Radio IBS Liberty, IBS TV Liberty, 3mnewswire.org, IFN International Family Network d734 und Liberty and Peace NOW! Human Rights Reporters kooperieren bereits seit mehreren Jahren.

Strasbourg/Baden-Baden/Kehl. 2. April 2009. In einer Presse-Erklärung beklagt der Bundesvorstand des Vereines Rote Hilfe e. V. so wörtlich: „Massive staatliche Repression (Unterdrückung) im Vorfeld des NATO-Gipfels in Strasbourg, Baden-Baden und Kehl.“

Bereits im Rahmen der linken Proteste gegen den diesjährigen NATO-Jubiläums-Gipfel in Strasbourg, Baden-Baden und Kehl, an dem fast 30 RegierungsvertreterInnen aus aller Welt teilnehmen werden, sei es am Rande der Demonstration „Make Militarism History“ in Freiburg am Montagabend zu staatlichen Repressionsmaßnahmen in Form von schikanösen Kontrollen, kurzzeitigen Ingewahrsamnahmen und martialischer Polizeipräsenz gekommen, teilte der Bundesvorstand der Roten Hilfe mit.

Die Proteste gegen das 60 Jahre alte Militärbündnis wolle man fortsetzen, auch dann wenn Behörden alle Dinge unternehmen, um jegliche Proteste im Keim zu ersticken.

Mitglieder der kollektiven Volxküche „Le Sabot“, die auf ihrem Weg zum Camp in
Strasbourg waren, wurden gegen 13 Uhr am Dienstag-Mittag am Grenzübergang A35 Lauterbourg durchsucht und mit der Begründung zurückgeschickt, „die Fahrerin sei datenbanktechnisch als Mitglied der linksradikalen Organisation „Black Block“ Polizei-bekannt.“

Außerdem seien im Auto neben den vielen Küchenmessern, die für einen Anschlag benutzt werden könnten und deshalb beschlagnahmt werden müssten, Rechtshilfetipps von Legal Team, Ermittlungsausschuss und Roter Hilfe gefunden worden, die den Verdacht bestätigten, dass es sich bei den InsassInnen um gut geschulte „TerroristInnen ultralinker und anarcho-autonomer Netzwerke“ (Zitat der französischen Innenministerin Michèle Alliot-Marie) handle.

Im Anschluss daran wurden bis heute einige „Le Sabot“-Mitglieder und Menschen, die sich an der Aktion, Kochequipment für mehrere Tausend Menschen auf das Camp in Strasbourg zu bringen, beteiligt hatten, in die Gefangenen-Sammelstelle nach Kehl verbracht.

Die AktivistInnen wurde bis zum heutigen Mittag wieder freigelassen. Allerdings wurde ein Einreise-Verbot gegen einiger der AktivistInnen verhängt. Man hoffe nun auf eine richterliche Entscheidung, die für Donnerstag-Morgen erwartet wird.

Auch an vielen anderen Stellen, so die Rote Hilfe, und in vielen anderen Bereichen haben die Einsatzkräfte, die im Angesicht der militanten Anti-G20-Proteste in London einen Tag zuvor mittlerweile ein erhebliches Bedrohungsszenario an die Wand malen, alles unternommen, um ihren von Anfang an auf Eskalation ausgerichteten Kurs zielstrebig verfolgen zu können: Mit dem Versuch, das Camp mit der Polizeisondereinheit BAC (Brigade Anti Criminalité) anzugreifen, Fahnen zu beschlagnahmen, an den Grenzen rigide zu kontrollieren und großzügig Ein- und Ausreiseverbote zu erteilen, wollen sie der politischen Zielvorgabe gerecht werden, die in der weiträumigen und totalen Abschottung der NATO-GipfelteilnehmerInnen von ihren KritikerInnen besteht.

Die Rote Hilfe e. V. befürchtet konkret sogar, das hätten bereits die ersten Tage vor dem eigentlichen Gipfel deutlich gezeigt, eine weitreichende Außerkraftsetzung rechtsstaatlicher Schutz-Standards und bürgerlicher Freiheitsrechte, wie diese im Grungesetz, der Verfassung für Deutschland, der Verfassung für Frankreich und nach der Allgemeinen Erklärung der Menschenrechte der United Nations (Vereinte Nationen, http://www.un.org) garantiert werden.

Die Folge solle letztendlich die Behinderung und Unterbindung von politischem Protest sein.

Die Rote Hilfe protestiert ausdrücklich gegen die unzähligen polizeilichen Maßnahmen
im Vorfeld des NATO-Gipfels, gegen Grenzkontrollen und sonstige Einschränkungen
der grundgesetzlich verbrieften Bewegungs-Freiheit, gegen Schikanen gegenüber den
Campenden, gegen willkürliche Kontrollen und Platzverweise.

Man hoffe, dass das Kalkül der staatlichen Repressions-Organe, mit solchen Maßnahmen die Einschüchterung zu verschärfen und einen unerträglichen „rechtswidrigen Überwachungsdruck“ aufzubauen, der politisches Handeln lähmen soll, nicht aufgehen wird, teilte die Rote Hilfe mit.

Mathias Krause für den Bundesvorstand des Vereines Rote Hilfe e.V. versicherte: „Die Rote Hilfe wird alles in ihren Kräften Stehende tun, um dem Abbau des Demonstrationsrechts und der Versammlungsfreiheit und der Einschränkung der Bewegungsfreiheit etwas entgegenzusetzen.“

Gewalt gegen Frauen ist eine Menschenrechtsverletzung

Berlin. Erst sind erst wenige Tage vergangen seitdem die 13-jährige Aisha Ibrahim Dhuhulow am Montag den 27. Oktober 2008 in Kismayu, Somalia, gesteinigt wurde. Sie wurde von einer Gruppe von rund 50 Männern im Stadion von Kismayu vor rund 1000 Zuschauern öffentlich hingerichtet.

Aisha Ibrahim Dhuhulow wurde außer-ehelicher, sexueller Verkehr vorgeworfen und dieser steht nach der in Kismayu geltenden Scharia (einem Teil islamischen Rechts) unter Todesstrafe.

Ihr Vater und weitere Zeugen berichteten Amnesty International jedoch, dass sie in Wirklichkeit von drei Männern vergewaltigt worden sei und versucht hatte, diese Vergewaltigung bei den Al-Shabab Milizen, welche Kismayu kontrollieren, zur Anzeige zu bringen. Es war dieser Versuch sich Gerechtigkeit zu verschaffen, der zu ihrer Beschuldigung und Verurteilung führte. Keiner der Männer, die Aisha der Vergewaltigung beschuldigte, wurde verhaftet.

Als Zeugen der Steinigung versuchten Aisha zu retten, eröffneten die Milizen das Feuer und töteten dabei einen zuschauenden Jungen.

TERRE DES FEMMES hat leider erst am 3. November vom Schicksal von Aisha Ibrahim Dhuhulow erfahren. „Dennoch ist es sehr wichtig, Aisha eine Stimme zu geben, ihren Fall öffentlich zu machen und sich für die Wahrung der Frauenrechte in Somalia einzusetzen.“, meint Christa Stolle von Terre des Femme.

Gewalt gegen Frauen kommt nicht nur in Somalia sondern leider auch in vielen anderen Ländern in dieser Welt vor auch noch in Deutschland und daher fordern auch Die Linke-Politiker Schutzeinrichtungen für Frauen in Deutschland in allen Bereichen.

Die Partei DIE LINKE nimmt als eine der wenigen Parteien in Deutschland das Problem der Gewalt der Frauen offenbar jetzt sehr ernst unterstützt die bundesweite Fahnenaktion von “Terre des Femmes” anlässlich des internationalen Tages gegen Gewalt an Frauen. Zahlreiche Abgeordnete der Fraktion und ihre Wahlkreisbüros zeigen Flagge, um auf die alltägliche Gewalt gegen Frauen aufmerksam zu machen.

“Gewalt gegen Frauen hat viele Gesichter. Sie ist kein privates, sondern ein gesellschaftliches Problem”, so Kirsten Tackmann, frauenpolitische Sprecherin der Fraktion. “Jeder Frau und ihren Kindern muss in Deutschland ein gesicherter Zugang zu einer Schutzeinrichtung gewährleistet werden. Dazu muss die Bundesregierung die ungleichen Verhältnisse in der Notsituation bei Flucht vor häuslicher Gewalt beenden.”

Der Menschenrechts-politische Sprecher der LINKEN, Michael Leutert, betonte: “Gewalt gegen Frauen ist eine Menschenrechtsverletzung. Wer die Würde von Frauen verletzt, ihnen ihr Recht auf Leben, Freiheit und Sicherheit nimmt oder sie unmenschlich behandelt, begeht ein Verbrechen.”

Die Frauen-Schutz-Organisation TERRE DES FEMMES möchte im Sinne der Ermordung der 13jährigen Aisha Ibrahim und zum Schutz für Frauen etwas unternehmen und bittet möglichst viele Menschen Protest-Briefe zu schreiben.

Es wird darum gebeten an die Repräsentanten von Somalia, die African Union und an verschiedene UN Menschenrechts Büros zu schreiben und fordern , ihren Einfluss und ihre Autorität geltend zu machen, um weitere Verletzungen der Menschenrechte in Somalia zu verhindern.

Terre des Femmes empfiehlt zudem Sie eine sofortige und unabhängige Aufklärung von Aishas Fall und die Verurteilung der Täter zu fordern. Es sollten alle erforderlichen Maßnahmen ergriffen werden, die notwendig sind, um Mädchen und Frauen zukünftig vor einem Schicksal wie dem von Aisha zu bewahren.

The others share the prize money of 2,000,000 Swedish kronor (approximately USD 310,000). The prize money is for ongoing successful work, never for personal use.

The murder and killing of independent journalists fighting for liberty and democracy

Not all journalists which do publish alternative and independent reports do receive an award. Many of these journalists instead of receiving awards have been murdered. According to the Committee to Protect Journalist in 2008, 33 journalists have been killed. In 2007 according to information in the USA a number of 67 journalists have been killed.

The International Press Institute in Europe knows already about 37 journalists which been murdered in the year 2008. In the years 2007 93 journalists have been killed according to the International Press Institute.

Reporters without borders knows about the death of 34 journalists in 2008 while 126 journalists are imprisoned. About so called 93 “cyber dissidents” and 9 media assistant staff do serve in prison for simply speaking out a part of the truth for laboring for liberty, democracy and peace.

1948-2008 – Human Rights: The land where milk and honey do flow in rivers in concern of the human rights?

New York / London / Berlin./3mnewswire.org/November 1, 2008. In some days the entire world will celebrate on December 10, 2008 the 60th anniversary of the proclamation of the UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS by the United Nations in New York City in 1948 in the United States of America.

As a French-German journalist, broadcast journalist and author I have been for about three years on a special research which is not over yet to find the country which could be best described as the country where milk and honey do flow in rivers in concern of the promotion, granting and support of the Human Rights.

It was crystal clear from the beginning of this international research that Germany during the years of the NAZIS Holocaust from 1933 to 1945 will not match these criteria. But what about Germany 70 years after during the Reichskristall-Nacht in 1938? The Synagogues of my Jewish brothers and sisters have been burned in Germany and about 10 million people have been killed in the German concentrations camps. It was perhaps one of the worsest disasters ever which have taken place in history of the human mankind. Another 50 million people have been killed during the Second World War.

There must be a change after 70 years, am I right?

There was a chance in December 1948 when the UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS have been proclaimed by the United Nations. As Germany is a part of the universe the UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS are valid in Germany also.

No one man or woman would ever doubt that Germany is not a part of this universe. There have been important changes but not in all areas and in all regions of the country of Germany. Certainly in 2008 Germany is still not meeting the criteria of a land where milk and honey do flow in rivers in concern of the promotion, support and granting of elementary and fundamental human rights such as the freedom of speech, the freedom of conscience the religious liberty and other basic rights which are granted in ARTICLE 18 and ARTICLE 19 of the UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS.

It is always easy if German citizen especially famous politicians like Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier and German chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel are traveling to countries far away from Germany and do express their support for human rights and their concerns about the serious violations and abuses of the human rights in other countries, which is an important duty.

As a journalist, broadcast journalist and author of several books including the book “Liberty and Peace NOW! Human Rights Reporters” I do know that it is a very difficult duty to criticize other countries in concern of the serious abuses and violations against the UNIVERSAL HUMAN RIGHTS.

However some people have been asking me. “Please, as you are French-German journalist and citizen look not to Russia, China, Asia, North Korea, Indonesia first but do us one favor and have a brief look on the situation in concern of the human rights in Germany.” My thought was “…what shall be wrong with it, if some brothers and sisters from Asia, Russia, Africa, New Zealand and the United States of America have been asking me to have a brief look on the situation about human rights cases in Germany.” ?

It was my first impression and my second impression was and is: “I am still shocked !”

Germany in the year 2008 about 70 years after the Reichskristall-Nacht in 1938 has taken place still does not qualify in the criteria of a country where milk and honey do flow in the rivers in concern of supporting, granting and promoting human rights.

On http://aitel.hist.no/~walterk/wkeim/files/de_human_rights.htm you will find more than a dozen of cases where people with all kind of different backgrounds, even believers which call themselves Jews, Muslim, Christian and members of other religious systems have to go before EUROPEAN COURTS simply to claim elementary and fundamental UNIVERSAL HUMAN RIGHTS as granted in ARTICLE 19 and ARTICLE 18.

BUT what about all these people which are oppressed and their voices have been silenced. These people do not have a single cent to pay the attorney which could help or even defend their basic human rights before the EUROPEAN COURT.

This make the situation much worse. Because these people do know very well. Their human rights are abused and violated. They do suffer even torture in a country where torture is forbidden and their voices are silenced, while other politicians and rich people do act like cheer leaders on the screen of the media and television and like to make people believe: “We are the best.” Knowing very well that Germany is in need of development in concern of granting basic human rights in this country where one of the most horrible disaster have been taking place in the years of 1933 to 1945.

My third thought after studying some of the cases of the serious abuses of the human rights in Germany was: The U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon should travel on December 10, 2008 to Germany and declare in a public speech to all citizen in this world that we might be able to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the proclamation of the UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS in December in 1948 in New York City in the United States of America and that the UN Secretary-General would encourage all human beings in his public speech on this entire planet earth to participate in the PEACE PROCESS that people and their elementary basic HUMAN RIGHTS will be not violated and abused.

This is a fact just to celebrate that the UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS have been proclaimed in 1948 is certainly not good enough. Human Rights have to be granted and human rights are elementary and fundamental basic rights of all these countries which claim to be a democracy. There is a lot of work in concern of the granting of the basic human rights which needs to be done.

All of us should take a part in this PEACE PROCESS. Promoting, the support and the granting of the human rights is perhaps one of the most important peace processes ever especially in those countries which want to go a step forward and to claim to be a democracy in this world.

Those which do know the Human Rights should support and help those which are oppressed and suffer in many cases beyond description even in 2008.

It is important to know the Universal Human Rights and it is also important to know how to claim the human rights.

Thousands of Iraqi Christian refugees flee Mosul

The UN refugee agency has begun helping hundreds of Iraqi Christians who fled to Syria to escape violence and threats in the northern Iraq city of Mosul.

Thousands of Christians have left Mosul over the past fortnight. Most have found shelter in villages elsewhere in Ninawa province, but about 400 have crossed into Syria. It is still not clear who is behind the intimidation.

“Many Christians from Mosul have been systematically targeted recently and are no longer safe there. We are ready to provide support for those Iraqis that seek refuge in neighbouring countries,” said Laurens Jolles, UNHCR’s representative in Syria. “We are grateful that Syria continues to welcome refugees,” he added of a country that is hosting at least 1.2 million Iraqi refugees.

UNHCR has fast-tracked the registration of Christian refugees from Mosul who have turned up at the agency’s offices in the cities of Damascus and Aleppo, while a team of field officers has travelled to the Qamishli area close to Iraq, where some people have been arriving. Following registration, families facing financial difficulties are assessed for emergency grants and food assistance.

Field officers have met 20 families from Mosul in the Qamishli area in the past few days, while more than 20 Iraqi Christian families have sought the agency’s help in Aleppo in recent days.

Those interviewed have told similar stories of sudden flight from Mosul. Many left with limited financial resources and need help extending their visas to Syria. All said they hoped to be able to return to their homes in the Iraqi city soon.

Sara* and her mother left Mosul early last week, two days after someone called one of her colleagues at work and said that all Christians should leave the city immediately or be killed. “My colleagues wept as all the Christians in the office rushed out of the building,” she recalled.

Sara was unnerved, but decided to leave only after hearing reports that 11 friends had been killed at a checkpoint by militiamen dressed as police officers. “We heard that they were killed on the spot after their identity cards were examined showing the Christian faith of the person,” she explained.

She and her mother escaped with a couple of bags and all the money that they had in the house – they did not dare go to the bank to remove their savings. They had visited Syria on holiday earlier in the year and met the ancient Christian community in the city of Saidnaya, north of Damascus. The two women, who felt the Church would support them, approached UNHCR in Damascus.

Nina*, a nurse by profession, fled Mosul almost two weeks ago. “The threats started months ago, with phone calls, letters and even messages on our door,” she said, adding that she tried to ignore them at first.

But when churches closed and friends and acquaintances began falling victim to the violence, including a friend shot dead in front of his son, Nina began reconsidering her position. It was difficult because she had an invalid mother.

Nina hung on in Mosul until October 10, when she received a new threat. She immediately took her mother to a village outside Mosul and then carried on across the border into Syria with her sister’s young family. Nina has no phone and has not been able to reach her mother since she left. She says she’s frightened to go back to Iraq, but is very worried about her mother and is considering returning to try to bring her to Syria.

Mariam* hung on even longer in Mosul and only left with her son Farah* after a wheelchair-bound Christian man was murdered. “We were the hard core that never wanted to leave Iraq, even with the tense environment. My brother in Syria has been begging me to leave for a long time, but I never agreed,” she said, adding: “As we felt the knife close to our throats, we had no choice but to flee.”

Her two daughters and their families took refuge in villages near Mosul. “They tell us that there is nowhere for them to go. They are in the streets,” said a softly weeping Mariam, who is trying to arrange a visa to Syria for them.

She dreams of going back, but dreads to think what she will find. She left her keys with Muslim neighbours but has heard that the homes of friends were destroyed with dynamite soon after they left. “I lived in my home for 35 years and had to pack in 30 minutes,” said the devastated mother as she talked to UNHCR in the living room of her brother’s modest home in Qamishli.

UNHCR has registered around 220,000 Iraqi refugees in Syria, of whom 15,000 originate from Ninewa province where Mosul is located. UNHCR is mid-way through a food distribution for more than 190,000 Iraqi refugees throughout Syria, while approximately 38,000 Iraqi refugees benefit from financial assistance.

My belief system includes that all human beings have equal rights to live, for social security, for democracy, liberty, peace and justice.

This might be shocking news. But I am also Anti-Abortion when it comes to the point where dictators do believe they might have the right to abort millions of human beings by war or other disasters which have caused by human beings. Not every disaster is a natural one or caused by a supernatural and supreme authority. Some of the disasters are created by people which do profit from wars and love to abort (to kill) millions of people, instead to save the life or a man or woman or even more. War is abortion in the higher sense. Someone else is making the decision if you might live or not. I believe the right to create live and to take life belongs to the LORD our GOD, only. It is very easy to deliver the proof. Certainly I do believe we have to bring to an end the bloody circle of violence.

Horses and dogs seems to be more intelligent than us poor human beings in the area of social ties and behavior. Have you ever heard a dog or a horse, which was white or yellow calling a brown dog or a black horse to be a non-dog or to be a non-horse? The critics should understand you can not change this: I am a human being and I am a citizen in this world and on this planet. Certainly I will continue to support and to work hard for international understanding, liberty, democracy, peace, social security, justice and human rights.

It is no secret that some dictators and supporters of a tyranny want to make all of us their slaves. We should by no means allow such a thing going to happen. Therefore it is important to be engaged in the defense of democracy, liberty, international understanding, peace, liberty, social values and justice. Washington. D.C./New York City. Perhaps I should be thankful that I am not an U.S. citizen at this time and therefore I have not the right to vote for Senator Barack Obama or Senator John Mc Cain.

In October 2007 I have written to the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C, United States of America (U.S.A) and have requested according to ARTICLE 15, according to the UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS by the UNITED NATIONS the change of citizenship from the German citizenship into the American citizenship. Certainly I do make no secret of the fact that I want to become an U.S. citizen.

By birth I am a French-German citizen and since 1984 I am working as journalist, author, broadcast journalist and even as independent television- film- radio- and media producer.

As founder and director of the IBS Independent Broadcasting Service Liberty, Radio IBS Liberty and IBS Television Liberty I need to ask you today because of very sad incidents which happened in the past weeks during the Presidential campaign: „PLEASE DO NOT PAY ANY ATTENTION to smear campaigns issued by so called Christian believers.“

Some of the so called Christian believers have issued news and press releases which should be accounted for what they are: SMEAR CAMPAIGNS against Senator Barack Obama. This could be perhaps even called racism. However I do not want to go this far.

These so called Christian believers claim to know that Senator Barack Obama is a Muslim. Since weeks I am doing a lot of research on Senator Barack Obama and so far as I have been able to gather the news and information he is not officially known as a Muslim believer.

However even if Senator Barack Obama would be a faithful man of the Muslim faith, there would be nothing wrong with such a thing according the the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and both of the Presidential candidates, Senator Barack Obama and Senator John Mc Cain have caused me to study again and again the UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS by the UNITED NATIONS and the U.S. CONSTITUTION and many other issues. However therefore I give thanks to both of the Presidential candidates.

As you are able to imagine I would love to know already today who will become the next President of the United States of America but we have to wait until November 4, 2008. One thing seems to be certain: The candidate which will be able to get more votes for himself and his party will become the next President of the United States of America.

What I find quite difficult in concern of these so called christians which issue all kind of information during a worse SMEAR CAMPAIGN against Senator Barack Obama, have these Christian believers forgotten, that in the Bible it is written to love 1. The LORD our God, 2. your neighbor as thyself and even 3. to LOVE YOUR ENEMIES.

Why is number 3 this important. Even if some so called Christian believers would account Senator Barrack Obama as an enemy they have by no means the right to issue information against Senator Barrack Obama during a smear campaign. Christian believers are supposed even to LOVE their enemies and not to harm them during any kind of smear campaign.

Another serious strange thing: So many so called Christian believers are fighting against abortion, which seems to be a serious Christian important duty. But on the other hand they are supporting the death penalty such against Troy Davis which has testified in the public that he has not killed the police officer. Seven of nine witnesses have withdrawn their given testimonies against Troy Davis. There is not one physical evidence that Troy Davis has killed a person or police officer.

It does not match if so called “Christian believers” do support the death penalty even against a possible innocent man.

So how in the world so called “Christian believers” can fight against abortion on one hand and on the other hand they do cry for the murder of a possible innocent man, such as Mr. Troy Davis.

Where in the world are these millions of so called Christian believers to take action to avoid the killing of an innocent man. True believers in Christ would do so, but there are not many of them so far as we have been able to notice.

If some one calls herself or himself to be a “Christian believer” it does not mean always that they are true believers, because true believers would not allow it going to happen that a possible innocent man is going to be killed in the state of Georgia on October 27 and true believers would not participate a SMEAR campaign against one of the Presidential candidates.

Artikel 15: Weshalb ich an elementaren Menschenrechten festhalte

Washington, D.C. / New York / London/21. Oktober 2008/3mnewswire.org/– Für viele Menschen ist es offenbar nicht nachvollziehbar weshalb ich an der Allgemeinen Erklärung der Menschenrechten der United Nations (UN, Vereinte Nationen) in New York City festhalte.

Das ist ganz sicher auch eine Frage des Glaubens und des Gewissens. Obgleich ich nur Journalist, Autor und Moderator und kein Jurist bin, glaube ich daran, dass die Allgmeine universelle Erklärung der Menschenrechte der Vereinten Nationen weltweit und damit auch in Deutschland gültig ist. Kein Mensch wird wohl bestreiten, dass auch Deutschland ein Teil der Welt ist.

Von Geburt an, bin ich Französisch-Deutscher Bürger, ein Fakt, den keine Macht in dieser Welt auch die deutsche Bundesregierung und die mächtigste Frau der Welt, laut dem US-Magazin FORBES, Bundeskanzlerin Dr. Angela Merkel (CDU), nicht ändern kann.

Im Jahr 1950 gab mir meine Großmutter, Martha Kolacz ein Beispiel dem ich beabsichtige zu folgen. Sie verliess Deutschland im Jahr 1950 für immer und wurde im State of Victoria in der Stadt Melbourne, Australien, Staatsbürgerin von Australien. Wenn mir jetzt also gewisse Menschen in Deutschland versuchen zu erklären, dass ein Wechsel der Staatsbürgerschaft nicht möglich ist, dann bin ich der Überzeugung, dass dies schlichtweg eine Lüge ist.

Schon mittels Gen-Tests und anderer Beweise ist es NACHWEISBAR, dass mein Großvater, Haedi Sabaot, Französischer Staatsbürger war, der in einem anderen Kontinent, ausserhalb von Europa geboren wurde. Die Beweise, dass mein Grossvater Französischer Offizier und 1945 in Kaiserslautern in Deutschland stationiert war, liegen den deutschen und französischen Behörden NACHWEISBAR bereits vor.

Das Land das ich bevorzuge heißt United States of America (U.S.A.), in deutscher Sprache Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika.

Im Artikel 15 der Allgemeinen Erklärung der Menschenrechte der Vereinten Nationen (United Nation, UN) heisst es so wörtlich:

“Artikel 15

1. Jeder hat das Recht auf eine Staatsangehörigkeit.
2. Niemandem darf seine Staatsangehörigkeit willkürlich entzogen noch das Recht versagt werden, seine Staatsanghörigkeit zu wechseln. ”

Meiner persönlichen Auffassung nach sind die Angaben im Absatz 1 und Absatz 2 des Artikel 15 so eindeutig, dass ich an meinem Wunsch und Standpunkt festhalte.

1. Ich möchte die deutsche Staastbürgerschaft in die amerikanische Staatsbürgerschaft wechseln.

2. Zudem lehne ich es ab im Falle meines Todes in Deutschland beerdigt zu werden.

3. Erkläre ich hiermit erneut in aller Deutlichkeit die Distanzierung von den politischen Ereignissen in Deutschland, etwa der massiven Verletzung von Menschenrechten, der Verletzung der Meinungs- Presse- und Informationsfreiheit, der Verletzung der Relgions- Gewissens- und Glaubensfreiheit, der vorsätzlichen Diffamierung von Menschen in Armut und Not, der Verfolgung von Menschen in Not, der Verfolgung von Menschen aus Glaubens- Gewissen und politischen Gründen.

4. Zudem versichere ich hiermit erneut, dass ich mich ausdrücklich GEGEN MEINEN WILLEN in Deutschland befinde, in einem Land, in meiner Überzeugung nach viele Menschen, GOTT sei DANK nicht alle Menschen, in vielen Bereichen Menschenwürde und Menschenrechte verachtet und massiv verletzten.

An diesen Wünschen und Standpunkten halte ich fest.

Für den Fall, dass Bundeskanzlerin Dr. Angela Merkel (CDU) die sofortige Auflösung der United Nations (UN, Vereinte Nationen) erklären sollte und bekannt geben sollte, dass die Allgemeine Erklärung der Menschenrechte in Deutschland für Französisch – Deutsche Bürger und für die Menschen in Deutschland keine Gültigkeit in Deutschland hat, werde ich eine internationale Prüfung beantragen, ob eine solche Erklärung rechtlich möglich ist und ob mittels einer solchen Erklärung es möglich ist, die Allgemeine Erklärung der Menschenrechte der Vereinten Nationen (UN, United Nations) ausser Kraft zu setzen.

Über die Erklärungen und Hinweise, zahlreicher Menschen und Behörden, dass ich keinen Anspruch auf die Inanspruchnahme der Allgemeine Erklärung der Menschenrechte in Deutschland haben soll, kann ich mich nur sehr wundern und ich kann nur zur Überzeugung gelangen, dass diese Erklärungen und Hinweise doch mehr als ?sonderbar? sind. Faktisch bedeutet dies, dass mir doch allen Ernstes einige Menschen erklären wollen, dass elementare und fundamentale Menschenrechte in Deutschland keine Gültigkeit haben.

Nach zahlreichen Recherchen und nach dem was in der Proklamation der Allgemeinen Erklärung der Menschenrechte der Vereinte Nationen im Jahr 1948 deklarariert wurde, kann ich hiermit nur eindeutig feststellen, dass ich zur Überzeugung gelangt bin, dass die Allgemeine Erklärung der Menschenrechte der Vereinten Nationen (United Nations, UN) universell gültig ist und damit auch in Deutschland.

Dass Anhänger der Nazis in Deutschland sicherlich nicht die Freunde der Allgemeinen Erklärung der Menschenrechte der Vereinten Nationen (UN, United Nations) sein können, kann ich verstehen, doch die Nazis in Deutschland sollten bitte nicht erwarten, dass ich deren Standpunkte zu meinen Standpunkten machen könnte.

Daher appelliere ich ausdrücklich auch an die deutschen Nazis: “Es gibt nun wahrlich nicht viele Menschen, die so behaarlich wie ich, die euer Land verlassen wollen. Lasst uns doch einfach gehen, dann wird es keine weiteren Diskussionen über die Allgemeine Erklärung der Menschenrechte der Vereinten Nationen (UN, United Nations) in Deutschland mehr geben und ihr könnt euch in eurem Deutschland wohl fühlen, ohne die Menschen, die die Allgemeine Erklärung der Menschenrechte der Vereinten Nationen (UN, United Nations), Demokratie, Freiheit, Meinungs- Presse- und Informations-Freiheit für sich beanspruchen.”

Meine Überzeugung ist, dass jeder Mensch das Recht auf Leben, auf Glaubens- Gewissen- und Religionsfreiheit hat und dass jeder Mensch auch das Recht hat, aus Glaubens- Gewissens- und politischen Gründen einen Antrag auf den Wechsel der Staatsbürgerschaft zu stellen, die Staatsbürgerschaft zu wechseln und Deutschland auch für immer zu verlassen.

Es gibt nicht einen einzigen Grund dafür, der mich überzeugen könnte, in Deutschland bleiben zu wollen. Sicher bin ich kein Gegner von Deutschland, ich bin auch nicht anti-deutsch, doch ich bin DEFINITIV GEGEN die Verletzung und Verachtung der Menschenwürde, Menschenrechte, Meinungs- Presse- und Informations-Freiheit von vielen Menschen in Deutschland.

Unerfüllbare Forderungen kann ich NICHT erfüllen. Ohne einen einzigen Cent, ist es nicht möglich zu reisen, noch nicht einmal von Heidelberg nach Erfurt.

In diesem Land, in dem so viel Leid meinen jüdischen Brüdern und Schwestern, christlichen Brüdern und Schwestern, Roma, Sinti, politischen Gefangenen, Kriegs-Gefangenen, Journalisten, Autoren, Nonnen, Geistlichen und auch SPD-Politikern zugefügt wurde und zugefügt wird, kann ich mich beim besten Willen schon aus Glaubens- Gewissens- und auch aus politischen Gründen nicht wohl fühlen. Für meine Überzeugungen, Standpunkte und Entscheidungen bitte ich um Verständnis.

Die Entscheidung ist eindeutig und definitiv: Wechsel der deutschen Staatsbürgerschaft in die amerikanische Staatsbürgerschaft und Deutschland verlassen. Im Oktober 2007 habe ich beim U.S. Department for Justice in Washington, D.C., Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika einen entsprechen Antrag schriftlich gestellt und auch daran halte ich fest.

Daher halte ich an der Allgemeinen Erklärung der Menschenrechte der Vereinten Nationen fest und beanspruche diese auch für mich.
